TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
RMA Return Policy
- Unless noted or amended in writing, most
products can be returned directly to The Electronic Avenue, Inc.
and received within 10 days from the date of invoice
when all requirements are met.
- Please allow 2 weeks to process refunds
and credit your account.
- Software returns are not allowed once the
software box is opened or when the licenses are
emailed to the customer for software downloads.
- For some items, all sales are final and
returns are not available. Assume that there are some of these
items in all orders and if you want to know which items these are
you must ask.
- Shipping Charges, installation
charges and taxes are not refundable.
- All products must be returned in original
packaging.
- Manuals, cables and all other original
information and items must be returned also.
- All products must be returned without
scratches and must be as clean as it was originally shipped.
- If items show any damage or wear on the the products
or the original packaging or the products show any signs what so
ever of being used a refund may be declined.
- Markings or labels of any kind are not allowed on original
box and the items must be shipped in a double box back to
The Electronic Avenue, Inc.
- If a refund is declined then the
product(s) will be shipped back to the customer.
- Restocking fees do apply in all cases
once the products have been accepted for return.
- Condition of the equipment and packing is at the sole discretion of The
Electronic Avenue, Inc
Restocking
Fees:
- $15 or 10% of original purchase
price (which ever is greater) will
be assessed as a
restocking fee for orders of $500.00 or less.
- $20 or 15% of original purchase price (which ever
is greater) for non-replacement of products.
- *All orders over $1,500, a 20% restocking fee will be
applied.
POS Computer Systems
Restocking Fees:
Complete Retail and Restaurant POS
Computer Systems may be returned within 20 days of invoice date. All
returned items for the POS Computer Systems must also meet the
guidelines mentioned above. Customer is responsible for shipping
costs when sending any systems back. Restocking fees for any POS
computer systems will apply to the following:
POS Computer Systems
- 20% Restock Fee per POS station or bundled kit, plus no refund for software and no exceptions.
Note: Peripherals may be handled separately if not considered a total POS kit.
NON REFUNDABLE Restocking Fees:
- Labor offered free may be charged an
hourly rate and non-refundable
- Professional services
- Custom programs such as gift cards, credit card processing charges, paging systems, leasing programs, and etc. are non-refundable.
Shipping Policies
- Over water
International orders must have prior shipping and payment
arrangements. The customer is responsible for all fees associated
with borders and customs.
- North American Continent is always ground
shipping unless previously authorized by customer.
- All orders outside the US
will need to pay by certified check, money order.
- The customer will be notified of all
shipping charges and placed on the invoice.
- Saturday and or Sunday delivery may not be
available in all areas.
- We will not ship to a PO Box.
- Orders returned because of shipping
problems are not the responsibility of The Electronic Avenue, Inc.
and will be charged $30 fee plus the second shipping fees.
- All orders are shipped within the same
day as the order unless, there is software needing to be loaded and programmed. (The customer will be notified if shipping is delayed for any reason)
Back Ordered
Products
- Back ordered items will ship as soon as they
become available. You will be contacted for backordered items and
may substitute or cancel order at that time. If you decide to
continue the order when it is available then you will also be
notified when the item has been shipped.

- Money Orders
- Certified Check
NOTE: There
will be a $50.00 late fee added each week for any non payment unles
otherwise arrangements have been made before due date.
Customer Privacy
- All
customer credit card data, contact information and private information
is protected with encryption and is not stored by The Electronic
Avenue, Inc. The Electronic Avenue, Inc. never sells,
rent or disclose customer contact information or private
information for any reason.
Manufacturer Warranty Policies
- Product warranties vary by manufacturer. All
products have a minimum of 1 year manufacturer warranty and up to a
3 year warranty, so please see individual product descriptions for
details.

Product Pricing
- Product prices are subject to change
without notice. If a price is quoted differently than what is shown
on the web site then bring it to our attention and we will either
give you the lower cost or change the web site and show the correct
price.
Right of Refusal
- The Electronic Avenue, Inc. reserves the right to limit quantities, not sell any products or services in all or in part without explanation at The Electronic Avenue, Inc. discretion.
