Licenses is a way to process credit cards on more
than one computer. If you do not have additional licenses then
all POS stations can process off of the same user license. The
problem is that only one station can process credit cards at
one time. If PC Charge is being used by one POS computer then
it cannot be interrupted by another POS computer until the
transaction has completed. With additional licenses, this
allows all POS stations to process credit cards at the same
time. |
