Using Insight Online, your clients will log in, select a service and a qualified employee, choose a date and then select from a list of available times when the employee can provide that service. Once they choose the time they want, the time slot is reserved for them and the appointment immediately appears on the appointment screen in your Insight program. All online bookings will initially appear as a pending online appointment. Insight will notify you that an appointment was booked online and you can click one button to view the pending booking and either accept it or contact the client to make a change if necessary.

Even with such a powerful time saving feature, we still went to great lengths to make sure that you have total control over how it works. You can be as flexible or as rigid as you want to make sure that Insight Online saves you the most time possible while giving your clients an easy, reliable method of booking even after normal business hours. With Insight Online you can choose which clients can book online, even clients who are not yet in your database can book online, and even which services can be booked online. You can even indicate that certain services require a credit card to hold the booking. You maintain total control over the entire process.
